The hit TV show duo was recently spotted at a musical together with the director of When the Phone Rings, sparking relationship rumors.

 

While no details about the actual relationship between the duo have been confirmed, the loving fans of the drama definitely see the potential for the next Crash Landing On You magic to happen on the set of When the Phone Rings

 

In the rare snaps of the duo from the musical ‘Date,’ Yeon Seok and Soo Bin appeared to be walking closely together, wearing masks to avoid being recognizable to the public. Ditching the drama’s aesthetic, Yeon Seok sported a dashing leather jacket with a separate hoodie underneath. Meanwhile, Soo Bin appeared in cozy attire, donning a fleece jacket and flaunting her gorgeous wavy locks.

When the Phone Rings Duo Gets Playful

Along with being respectful and cozy, Chae Soo Bin and Yoo Yeon Seok seemed chaotic and playful in MBC-released behind-the-scene clips. In episodes 3 and 4 of the BTS video, Chae Soo Bin snatches the pillow from Yeon Seok in a blink, and the latter sulks dramatically at the suddenness of her action.

In the same scene, Chae Soo Bin also tries to compose herself and not give in to Yeon Seok’s playful acts. She declares, “Can I not look at him? I’ll look at the pillow instead.”

Meanwhile, the couple’s stellar acting and grippy plot have also made the MBC and Netflix drama one of the biggest hit Korean shows of the year. The drama ranked second on Netflix’s Top 10 non-English drama list for the second week of December, with over 4.3 million views this week.

 

For the binge-watchers who are waiting for the drama to end, MBC has released a tentative date for the season 1 finale. Episode 12 of When the Phone Rings will be released on January 4, marking the end of the drama’s season 1.
