Rapper Mark Lee Unleashes Fiery Bars in Electrifying New Single ‘Fraktsiya‘ Featuring Lee Young Ji

Canadian rapper Mark Lee is ready to show his wrath in the new hip-hop offering, “Fraktsiya,” which comes as a single featuring the ever-so-talented Korean artist Lee Young Ji. Mark is an omnipresent member of SM Entertainment’s two most successful groups, NCT 127 and NCT Dream. After excelling as a K-pop star in group activity, it’s time for Mark to exhibit his full charisma in a solo single.

The true meaning of the song’s title, “Fraktsiya,” lies in its cryptic Korean wordplay, which translates to spy. Mark and Lee Young Jee are juggling various forms of music, and the new song signifies their smooth transition to rappers who can ‘diss’ the world, leaving the cloaks of people-pleasing pop stars persona behind.

Mark’s prophecy of making the K-pop world ‘watch’ his cinematic masterpiece has definitely worked, as the MV garnered over 216k views within two hours of release. Simultaneously, the song has topped the music chart Bugs at number one within hours of its release.

When Will Mark Lee’s Solo Album Be Released?

“Fraktsiya” is just the beginning, as Mark aims to release his solo album in February of 2025. The singer talked about making his album in a new exclusive interview, teasing that the album will show his new creative side to his fans.   Gushing over the upcoming release, Mark said: “For next year, I have a solo album coming out in February, and I am putting every ounce of my soul into this album, no joke. There isn’t a day that goes by when I’m not working on this album or not thinking about this album. It’s going to be an album that I’m not going to have any regrets on, but I’m just really, really working hard on it.”
